replacement broken too ! I received my first toolbox and a plastic tab that would keep a compartment closed was broken/missing. Friendly,but several emails back & forth to replace. Just got my replacement (very quick). However, the replacement lid/top of toolbox is totally cracked. Probably will not order from again if they don't look at the merchandise before shipping (ESPECIALLY) the replacement.

Great toolbox. Picture is deceiving. This toolbox is great, really well made and I love the compartments on the top of the toolbox. Unfortunately, in the picture, they make the inner tray appear to run the length of the toolbox when in actuality, it runs about 2/3 the length of the toolbox. This can be a problem if you depend on that inner tray. It's a shame really, the toolbox would have been perfect otherwise.
