    • I like the fact that the strainers vary greatly in size -- more flexibility.

    • I like stainless steel strainers I have one love it so got more do a lot of cooking and needed more

    • I want to be able to lift items which have been boiled or fried from the boiling water or oil. This allows me to fry or biol in batches. It also helps me achieve desired temperatures more accurately by easier removal.
