I purchased this before I went to a trip. It is so convenience!! You got to have this, I can have cold drinks and ice anytime!

All in all it is what I would expect from a protable ice maker. The cubes are a good size and if you set you controls right, the ice will be good quality and excellent for serving any type of drink. I would suggest using cool filter water. The only con is that it is a bit loud, but not too bad. All in all I would say it was worth the money.

The construction company I worked for repaired many homes damaged by leaking waterlines to refrigerator ice makers. I didn't want the same problems occuring in my own home so when I found this icemaker I bought it. It's a simple matter of bagging the ice and leaving it on the shelf of my freezer until I need to dump it into the cube dispensor in my kitchen. It's so nice that I bought another one to give as an anniversary gift to my son and his wife. They love it as well!

we found this product easy to use and appreciate such a handy machine. Only problem is the lack of clear ice and we understand filtered water would take care of this. Temps in our state have reached a sizzling 100 degrees plus so the ice machine is used constantly.

This product works well, just as promised. It's a bit noisy, but is the best solution for my needs. I would have no problem recommending it to others with similar needs.

I liked it when I got it but after I used it often it didn't work that good I needed to call someone to come and fix it.

I purchased the portable stainless icemaker with lcd panel and it arrived on a Thursday. It made one batch of ice then stopped so I contacted Overstock.com and they were going to send me another one plus a prepaid shipping label. Well on Saturday at 9:00 am my brother woke me up and said did you hear that. I said what was it and he said my icemaker was making ice. Then I realized that it was sent to me from California halfway across the country. The icemaker had not reached the ambient temperature. Then on Monday the fedex truck pulled up and told them to please return to sender. I couldn't believe how quick overstock sent the other one. I would recommend this icemaker to anyone.

I love this ice maker. It frees up room in freezer. prduces great ice. Just keep the tank filled with water and you will never run out. If you do only a few minutes before another batch is ready. Don't know how I lived without it. I have been using it for about a month now.

We are really pleased with this ice maker. It puts out cubes rapidly. Can shut it down when its not needed. We needed a portable since we are using it at a lake where out water source isn't good for making ice. This way we can use bottled water. It is also easy to drain when not in use.The only drawback is that it doesn't store ice well. We have to empty it often and store cubes in the freezer.Our daughter, home for a visit from California, made the comment that this was the smartest purchase that we had made in a long time. Our 9 year old grandson loves to aid in the fill and refill process.

I love the ice maker. I have not had any problems with it and it has worked perfectly.

The ice maker starts making ice within minutes. It's a bit noisy but well worth it for the price. I had a more expensive ice maker before purchasing this one and it was a piece of junk. I was hesitant to buy another portable ice maker but now I am glad that I did. I haven't used it more than a few times so far but it produced enough ice on those occasions. It is easy to operate and I am very satisfied with the purchase to date!

I just received this product in the mail and for the money, it is a great value. It makes ice fast, easy to drain and the ice is good quality. The only thing to consider is that it is really big. It will not fit well in a smaller kitchen on the counter. We have a space near the sink in the laundry room which works great for us. It is perfect if you have the space to put it. Great value and works good.

The product will do just fine for my needs. The ice is not quite as hard as I would have liked, even using the smallest cubes, but it will be ok. For the price it is a very good buy.

Good purchase, excellent addition for a deck or porch area for the summer time. Perfect for the margheritas ( non alcoholic ) that were made to keep cool in the heat. Great for a side bar, or party area.

I love the ice maker. Very fast at making ice, don't like how the ice melts right away. Wish it was a freezer like maker.

I had been looking at getting an icemaking machine for quite sometime but the price just gave me the excuse that I didn't really need it, that is until I was looking thru Overstock and saw what a great price they had, and it arrived fast and I set it up in my bar area and what a great help it's been. No more need to buy ice for get togethers and it delivers everytime. This is a heavy piece of equipment, and finding space to place it was a bit clumsy but this machine is worth the aggrevation of buying ice. Easy set up & no regrets on this purchase!

The first ice maker we received was broke water ran out the bottom. We used the 1-800 # on the box to contact the company they sent out a new one that day it works fine. Great Buy

Don't like icemakers in refrigerators as are always needing a service person. This ice maker sits on washer near kitchen and always has ice available. When I add fresh water, I add the juice of 1/2 lemon, makes room smell nice and cubes taste brighter. Can take outside if needed for a gathering. I go thru clean cycle once a week. If you think you have a problem with cube size, the system cycles thru sizes from small to large, just keep passing your hand over that panal.

Works like a dream. Paint was a little banged up, but I didn't buy it to look pretty. My wife uses an Ice Bag every day do to her conditions and the traditional Fridge Ice Trays where just not keeping up. This little baby just keeps pumping out ice none stop and meets our demands with no problem. Do keep in mind once the ice is made it is not kept refrigerated so it does not stay frozen solid like in a Fridge. Its a great buy if you go through ice like crazy, but not if your Fridge can meet your needs.

We are so glad to have this, we had another one but it did not have a self cleaning system in it. And that is what caught my attention so we ordered this and am glad we did .
