The real selling point for me was the stainless body on the inside of the cup, however the (plastic-rubber) top has an very strong OLD TIRE SMELL. I have been using cups like this for over 20 years and all of a sudden all the black rubber parts have had a very bad smell. I know as a wholesaler, you have no control over this, but just thought you should know. Otherwise, it keeps my travel coffee just right

I sent these to my sister in Massachusetts since she travels for business and leaves very early most mornings to drive to her job or catch a plane with coffee in hand. Remembering the days when I lived up north and how my coffee was stone cold after 10 minutes on the road, I thought this would be a good gift. She called and said, "What a great idea!" when she got them. Also, there are two cords so two people can benefit from this one purchase. She's only had them for a month so it's not really possible to rate durability but I gave them 4 stars since she was so pleased and everything else I've ever bought from Overstock.com has been a good experience.

As I purchased these for a gift, I have only tried them once to make sure they work. The instructions that came with the mugs were confusing, and I had to contact the company for clarification (at least they answered me). The mugs do heat up, and seem to work fine.

the instructions says it takes longer to reach a certain temp but as per experience, it takes only about 2-3 mins for it to heat up. sometimes it becomes really hot by then so you have to unplug it to cool it down. this is awesome cause i dont want to have to wait for a long time for my coffee to heat up. and because of the price, it was really a cheap purchase to get one for me and my husband.also customer service was really great, one came with a dent by the seams and we correspondend via overstock chat and by the next day, i got an email that a replacement is on its way. It helps too that there is a [i think] 6 months [if not 1 year] warranty on the item...we hand wash it to and even get the plug in wet... just make sure that it is completely dry when you use it again.

These were items my husband has been looking for everywhere. The price was good, and this actually came with two, one as a backup. They seem to be made of quality material and so far have worked well.I would recommend this to any coffee drinker on the go.

Good service, great product. Not only keeps coffee hot, but heats up cool coffee to what it should be! Can't beat stainless steel construction inside as well as out.

These travel mugs are great! They keep your beverage hot... really hot! They will even reheat your drink if you have unplugged it for awhile.

They are very durable. The Mugs keep your beverages hot and are wonderful for traveling.
