I bought two of these good quality, 18/10 stainless steel wine 'glasses' to start with, and now I have six. I like them so much that I use them for just about everything I drink except hot coffee. I don't drink much wine or other alcohol, but what I've tried so far in these glasses tastes just fine to me -- no metallic overtone or 'off' taste. The dimpled design adds not only visual interest but seems to make the glass easier (and more interesting) to pick up and hold.

Bought the stainless steel because we always are breaking the glass ones. Idea was great, but the wine takes on a metallic taste from the stainless steel. So they look great, but are useless.
