The mugs r good, but the only problem is that you cannot out them in the microwave.

We saw these two and decided these would be the ones for us. These fit in our car's drink holder as well as the pickup's drink holder. We are not concerned with hot liquid splashing out since it has a "click to close: on the lid. The quality is great and the price was good. We would recommence these to any travelers who enjoy something hot, or cold, to drink while on the road..

I received on of these mugs as a gift, and have to recommend that customers find an alternative.The inner plastic cup is not firmly bonded to the stainless steel outer wall, and comes loose very quickly. Due to this, there is no vacuum insulation that you would get from another product. In cold weather, your coffee gets cold very fast; in hot, your ice melts in even less time.Additionally, the top of this mug is very poorly designed. The "spill-proof" slider is not spill-proof. And the slider does not click into place in either the open or close positions. It will slide to the closed position in mid-position. The small air vent becomes clogged very easily. And cleaning under the slider is nigh impossible.As I said, I received this as a gift, and I appreciate the thought and well-wishes of the gift-giver. However, I wish they had done a little research. The mug lasted less than three months.

great what I wanted ,but do not drop them the bottom plastic piece breaks . but still use them great for out doors.
