This is a wonderful little carafe! I've got several others that are great for serving several people - guest, dinner that kind of thing. But, what I wanted was one that was "individual" size. I wanted a carafe that I could get several cups of either tea or coffee from and - but not so much that I couldn't finished over the course of several hours. The size is PERFECT!. Now that I have this one, I'll order another for my coffee. I
