so far this product works great. delivery was prompt. large size makes it convenient for family gatherings. our only complaint is that the crockpot arrived with a dent on the back. since it didn't affect performance and couldn't be seen when operating in the area where we usually use it, we didn't return it. this is one reason we don't usually shop on line. returning is always more trouble than i care to bother with.

Love this crock-pot! It is perfect for a large family like mine or big gatherings. I used it to make stew last week and it really worked great. It cleans up easy and is easy to use.

I purchased this for my Mother. She really loves it and is especially thrilled with the thermostat feature. she has used it for both deep fat frying and slow cooking. She says the clean up is pretty easy too.

I am VERY pleased with this crock pot. I was so glad when we ordered this . It came very quickly! The crock pots are SIMPLE to use - completely idiot proof and are simply beautiful to look at. They both heat up quickly and cook everything I put into them very well.

The cooker is a nice size (large). I have only used it once, so far. It cleans up very well. I was a little concerned that on the lowest setting, it seemed to cook hotter than I would have liked. I haven't used a slow cooker in years, so maybe that's normal.

I was not at all satisfied with this product. The cost for this product was high. The ceramic insert was made from a slip mold and had a big lump on the lip at the top. It should have been sanded off before it was glazed and it never should have gone out to be sold that way. Especially for the amont of money that it cost.
