      This is an excellent product. It is easy to use. One point, make the coffee where the urn will sit. It will be to heavy to move when full. Other than that I had no problems. I especially like the built in drip tray. It is at home in a casual or formal setting. Barby

      I bought this to use at gathering of 70 guests and it was perfect! I expect to use this at every large gathering I hold. The product worked as expected. Easy to use and I really liked being able to see when the coffee was done and the level of coffee as it was used. The spout and tray were also easy to use, and the coffee stayed piping hot. I definitely would recommend this product to anyone.

    • Well Made

      Excellent coffee maker - easy to use and easy to clean. Well designed and the coffee is good. Only issue is that when we don't need so much coffee it is a little bit large.
