  • Great Pan At Low Price

    I can't figure out why other reviewers gave this pan such bad reviews. Some reviewers have said "everything sticks" -- I haven't had a single thing stick. Another said the lid didn't fit well -- it must have be damaged in shipment because the lid on mine fits nice and tightly. In any event, I LOVE this pan. I've used it for wilting greens, roasting a chicken, frying chicken, making paella, roasting root veg and making tempura. Very versatile! In fact, it's a much better pan than I expected for the price. It has a good heavy bottom pad that lets it provide even heat without warping. It cleans up well and, although it will probably "weather" over time, it's still quite shiny after three months with very little elbow grease. I would recommend this pan to anyone, but especially to someone on a budget who wants a good "professional" pan or someone setting up their first kitchen.

  • I had just bought this pan and was wondering about the fry basket? If you put it in the pan alone the handles fall in the pan and if you use it with the other rack it takes too much grease....please explain??!!!!

    • Hello jtrad, you should have the steamer plate in the pan and insert the frying pan when inserted the ends of the hands should rest on the edges of the pan. I hope this information helps you, have a great day!
