I've had lots of toasters over the years. This one, quite simply, is the best I've ever used. The toast and bagels and poptarts came out perfectly, once the mysteries of setting the controls was achieved. It does a beautiful job toasting. A great machine at a great price.

I use it at least once a day and I am completely happy with it. The first thing I noticed when using it, was that it toasts the bread much faster than my old toaster and it toasts the bead evenly and perfect every time. The toaster has wide slots, so you can toast bagels or thick bread as well as thin items.

I have owned this toaster for about one month now and am very pleased with the toast I get from it. It seems to be almost impossible to find a toaster these days that will toast bread evenly and consistently. It doesn't matter which slot I use, the toast is consistently the same degree of brown.

My four "little" kids abuse this toaster everyday since I bought it a month ago. I have been so pleased with it's performance. It toasts perfectly and looks fantastic on my counter.

I needed a new toaster quick so I bought this one with free shipping at the time. It is sleek, big and shiney. It heats up fast and toasts evenly. The only problem I have is with english muffins. When it pops up the carrier does not come up high enough to grab the muffin. Unless you use toaster tongs you may burn your fingers. Overall very satisfied.

We purchased this new toaster to replace our 10 year old toaster. I like the fact there it takes large slices of bread and thick bagles. It has a reheat button, defrost button, bagel button. The stainless steel is very nice. I'm happy that it works great and goes well on the counter top wiht my other stainless steel appliances.

I put the handle on Dark toast and i still have to push the toast down twice before it it browned. The first time I push it down the bread becomes toasty but is still white. the second time if I don't watch the toast it burns. I usually have to cancel it the half way the second time i push the toast down.
It sounds tinny and gets real hot.

This toaster is of good quality & I am happy with being able to us it to thaw frozen waffles, bread, pastries & a lot of other food products. It is a little slower in toasting bread than my old one but i think it's because of the space, this toaster is a lot larger than a normal 4 slice toaster.

The toaster is an asset to my kitchen because I need to keep it on the counter. The different selections are helpful but by the time I remember that I have put frozen bread in the slots I have already begun to toast. It appears that in order to get a piece of unfrozen bread toasted, I need to keep the selector at 4. No problem with this as long as I am doing the toasting. Others reset it to 3. When the toast comes up, the "cage" sounds as if it is falling apart. Metal rattles and it is always a surprise. It appears to be cheaply constructed at that juncture.

This toaster not only performs well but it also has style. You can't beat the value, the durability or the appearance. This will also make an excellent housewarming gift for family and friends. I suggest you buy one before they run ouf of stock!
