This pot is well made and works really quickly to provide hot water at the touch of a button. It has an internal electric pump, a carrying handle, and it rotates on its base. My only recommendation for an improvement would be to enlarge the lights that indicate whether it's still warming the water or ready to serve. The small green light that indicates all's ready is not large enough to see from more than a few feet away. This may not present a problem for many, but I would appreciate a larger light. The pot works as it should, and its good appearance and evident quality are built in.
So far so good, I have this product for about a month now, works great, easy to fill. Time will tell if it is a reliable product, I have bought these products before and some don't last long, So I hope I bought a good one.

The only problem is the lock button. It's not convenient to unlock the dispenser for every time you use it. Our office doesn¿t like that feature. Otherwise it heats the water fine and we like the stainless steel look.
