Ordered this on a Monday when I realized a dated Chafing dish we had could not be found. Party was that Friday. Received the warmer on Thursday and it looked great! Kept three different appetizers warm as it has three different heating levels. Follow directions and heat it up for ten minutes before using--to burn off any residue! Not heavy, was able to fill the warmer and then carry it outside for the event.

I gave one to my son and his wife as they are always entertaining. We used it Christmas Eve when they had all of us over...there's always so much food and nowhere to place it on the buffet table. This was so convenient and keep things a good temperature for seving; and when empty, we just filled it back up! Easy clean up at the end...no mess...no fuss!
