Hello esaw, With the door fully open, the unit measure 49" in depth. The unit measures at 36.02" in height: If you only removes the casters, unit will be left with "pins" this will bring the unit down to approx. 35 inches. If you also remove the pins, the unit will be at 33.4 inches. (The pins can be removed by laying the unit on its side, remove the bottom plate, remove pins and re-install the bottom plate). By removing the top plate (1.31 in.) - the height will be reduced down to a 32.09 inches. Thank you for shopping with us!
Can you change the counter on top of the unit? we have granite counter tops and have a peice to match. Does the existing counter top come off?
The top panel can be easily removed. You will need to remove 2 screws (located on the inside of door) and the panel can be pulled off. Please let us know if you have any further question.
