I live in an apartment with major space issues especially in the kitchen. These cutting boards can be tucked away anywhere and they seem to take all of my chopping with ease.
How often do you shop at Overstock.com? Few times a year
Have had these now for almost a year and just love them. We cook quite often and sometimes for large parties and these are great when chopping vegetables for soups, stews etc. Love being able to carry board to pot and fold and pour.
Not the best for slicing cooked meats as juices have nowhere to go.
We use these boards daily and wish there was a 4piece set in both sizes in :Red - for meats/Yellow-for poultry/Green for Vegetables and Blue for Fish
The boards are still in great shape although you can see hundreds of cut lines on then
