Have had these now for almost a year and just love them. We cook quite often and sometimes for large parties and these are great when chopping vegetables for soups, stews etc. Love being able to carry board to pot and fold and pour. Not the best for slicing cooked meats as juices have nowhere to go. We use these boards daily and wish there was a 4piece set in both sizes in :Red - for meats/Yellow-for poultry/Green for Vegetables and Blue for Fish The boards are still in great shape although you can see hundreds of cut lines on then

these boards are not cheap looking, they're heavier than they appear. the fold in the middle is very flexible, almost so much i'm afraid in time it might split! but so far, they work very well. i bought the blue and the picture is true to color. i would request overstock add more non-wood chopping board options. i really didn't have much else to choose from, but remain happy with my purchase.

unless you live in a box and are totally pressed for space, dont buy this.

Way overpriced, but durable and I will use them for chopping. Overall quality not as I expected.

I live in an apartment with major space issues especially in the kitchen. These cutting boards can be tucked away anywhere and they seem to take all of my chopping with ease.
