tamper merchandise
The product had a tear in one of the corners, and it is sad that the merchandise was not inspected prior to shipping. Second, because we do the actual inspection after we open the huge package, makes it difficult in time consuming to send back. Take care of your customers to avoid this mishap in the future!

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. That was the surprise, they did not inspect the product prior to shipping it apparently because one of the corners had a tear.
