Made of Plastic
The shower arm is made of metal as stated covered in chrome. The shower head may be metal on the inside, but all the external parts are made of plastic. Not what I expected.

works good looks good
The shipment came in a timely fashion nice and speedy al always from overstock. Product was packaged well and in good working orde, However I would recommend the shower arm with the three inch rise. The straight 16in shower arm is ok but it looks robotic not a real "snazzy" appeal....
