I was a bit of a skeptic when it came to purchasing a mattress online. I was in a crunch to purchase a mattress in time for my move, and I certainly wasn't having any luck finding a good mattress that I considered affordable. After reading the reviews online, I decided to take the risk, and I have found it to be the best risk I've taken thus far. It arrived at my place ten days after I placed the order (just one day after I moved into my new place). It's comfortable, I haven't fallen asleep this fast on a mattress ever. I've had it 5 months and its still in great shape. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is in the market for a mattress.

I have had this mattress for about a month now and I (we)love it. We bought this for my 5 year old son and we find ourselves sleeping in it with him. It was delivered within two weeks after I purchased it. I was really surprised when I saw the mattress. I was not expecting it to look and feel so good. The pillow top is soft but yet firm. I must say the the bed sits much higher than the previous mattress we had. We had to put a stool at the foot for the kids to climb up. Overall I would recommend this mattress to anyone.

Delivery guys did NOT bring the mattress set into my house. I watched with my mouth open as they drove away.....On a happier note.....The mattress set is great. Soft, yet firm. How do they do that?

I love my new Spring Air Mattress...it is soooo comfy...looks great...first few nights...alittle puffy...now settling down and feels great! I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone. Not too soft and not too hard.

I was a bit hesitant to buy mattresses sight-unseen, but after looking at the Spring Air website and talking to a few furniture dealers I was sold. These mattresses are wonderful. The delivery was prompt (about a week), the deliverymen very pleasant, the construction is very solid and I am very pleased with my purchase. I sleep so much better now! I've had them barely two weeks but I am very happy----and my boyfriend would stay all day in bed if he could! I'll try to remember to leave another review after I've had them awhile longer.

When did they start making mattresses like box springs? This mattress can not be flipped over. It is a mattress on one side only. I have never seen a mattress that is built like a box spring. I certainly would not have bought it if I knew it was made this way. Are they all made like this now? I am thinking about sending it back, but I guess I'd better call some mattress stores and find out if this is the way they make mattresses now. It seems to be comfortable, but the way it's made, it can't possibly last very long. I bought it for my 28yr old handicapped son and I needed a good mattress. This is certainly not what I expected.

I was hesitant to order a mattress and box spring on-line, but after reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance. The bed was a present for my mother who had purchased another bed from another company and had nothing but trouble for the last 3 years. She wanted her old Spring Air mattress back. So I began searching for the ultimate bed for her. Lo and behold I found it on Overstock. The bed is everything she wanted. The person at Overstock who assisted me on the phone could not have been more personable, friendly, professional and knowledgeable of her company operations. She not only saved me money, she went above and beyond what I have come to expect from customer services everywhere. She solved a problem instantly. The delivery service was outstanding, going above and beyond also. Needless to say my mother's 90th birthday present is a hugh success thanks to a lot of wonderful people.

The mattress set is so pretty. In the beginning I thought "oh no I will never want to leave the bed, its so comfortable" but since I sleep so well, I am ready for the day. Thank you Spring Air Warren for the best sleep in a long time.

The bed is great. I have back problems and need a firm bed and this one is perfect - firm but the pillow top provides comfort. The delivery is easy and well organized.

The delivery was great- the company will call and schedule a time. When they arrive, the mattress's packaging is removed by the delivery team and set up in the specified room. That was great!! The mattress seems to be well built, comfortable and good quality. You will need deep pocketed sheets, our full size don't fit well due to the pillowtop on the mattress. I highly recommend this product, we are very satisfied.

Bought this mattress for my teenage daughter. She absolutely loves it. It is soo comfortable. Very Thick mattress so the bed is very high. Would highly recommend.

Don't buy this mattress! Liked it at first but it has not held up over time. Started to sag in the middle the FIRST YEAR! Now the sag is a crater, and I'm a 118 lb female, not a 300 lb male. I can almost afford a new mattress now, so I won't have to sleep balanced on the edge anymore. I still like overstock, but I won't be buying my new mattress from them.

At first I really loved this mattress and got great sleep in it. But about a year and a half after I got it, I started having worse and worse sleep quality. The padding has shifted around so I feel like I'm in a sling instead of being actually supported. And I am a 5'6", 135lb female whho typically sleeps in the bed alone, so I hardly think it's because a huge amount of weight is being applied to the bed! Apparently this is not an unheard-of complaint for the pillowtop style of mattress - go for the Eurotop style instead, as the padding is sewn directly to the mattress instead of as a separate layer that can then shift around.

I have had this bed for over a year and it is very cozy. We have the full size and it tends to sink towards the middle a bit when we are both on the bed, but very comfortable as a bed for one person. For the price it is a great mattress set.

At first I thought this mattress wasn't as soft as I had hoped it to be, however we made do. Now 14 months later, this mattress sags in the middle and we are back to square one being miserable on this mattress. Maybe if it were for a spare room, and not for everyday use it might be okay, but we regret this purchase.

My mattress & box spring came yesterday, and I slept like a baby last night! I've never purchased a mattress without trying them out, but this seems to be the exact firmness I need, as well as soft. The mattress is very attractive - you can not tell from the pictures, but the pillow top is a light cream satin sheen with fleur de lis patterns. I received the mattress just a few weeks after order - the arrangements were made for delivery with a window of time given on a certain date that I chose. It was delivered promptly - very nice delivery people, who quickly carried it to the room and set it up in nothing flat. Thank goodness, because carrying bulky or heavy stuff up a flight of stairs is not my cup of tea. Other than myself reviewing this mattress, I have four kitties that give it two thumbs up (or dew claws up). All were snuggled in somewhere on the bed with me last night! I'm very impressed and pleased with my purchase and how easy the transaction went.

This mattress feels firm for the back, yet the pillow top makes it soft.
