First, I could not believe how fast these mattresses came! They were in my apartment in two weeks. My husband and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our new bed. It's plush yet firm, it's high off the ground, I don't feel him moving around as much. I actually sleep through the entire night as oppose to waking up once or twice in our old bed. The quality of these mattresses exceed the price I paid for the set. WE ARE SO HAPPY!

When I bought this mattress online, everyone around me thought I was insane for never sitting on it and buying it online. Lo and Behold they were the crazy ones! This mattress is perfectly constructed and since owning it on June 1st, I've had some very exquisite sleep! It feels like I'm crawling into the most expensive hotels bed. It is soft, but it's not too soft in my opinion. The pillow top divets you feel make you sink right in! Now I just need to revamp the pillows to make the entire ensemble perfect! The only thing I would say is to be sure you have an option if you are looking to dispose of a current mattress/boxspring as the delivery does not include this. A great buy!

We love this mattress and box spring set. I was dreading buying a new mattress and box spring since they can be so expensive, but we knew we needed to upgrade. We wanted a plush set, but the department store prices were outrageous! When we saw this set on The Big O, we weren't sure about purchasing such a big item through the Internet, let alone a mattress and box spring we hadn't tried out in person! But it completely surpassed our expectations! Really thick and a soft pillowtop, but firm underneath, and the foundation is solid. The delivery team was terrific as well, and it was delivered in 2 weeks. No more than that. We highly recommend this product.

I also was apprehensive to buy a mattress set which I wasn't able to "test drive". But, this one had good reviews, and I just LOVE Overstock, so I thought I'd give it a try. It arrived promptly, the trucking firm was polite and professional. The set looks marvelous. It has the new high profile which really makes the set look marvelous with deep pocket bedding. The instant I lay down on it, I just loved the mattress. It IS soft as another reveiewer stated, but I find that comfortable and relaxing. The mattress envelopes you. Every night I looked forward to a very relaxing slumber. BUT, after a few nights use, it started to develop a deep rut in the center. It must be the support foam. I don't think I move around much in my sleep and tend to lay in one spot. I will say this, the foam will re-deposit if you shift your position around. The next night I lay on the right side and the following night I lay on the left side. That seems to keep the foam distributed properly. But I really prefer the center of the bed. The other thing I don't like, but which I would have seen if I had paid closer attention to detail in the picture shown, is that you can't turn it over. The pillowtop portion is only on one side of the mattress. I have another queen size mattress in the house and it has the pillowtop on both sides. So, I can't flip the mattress, I can only turn it end to end. Sometimes when the bed is made, it looks as though there is a deep rut in the center, if I slept there the night before. All in all, it was a very good price, about half of what I paid for my other mattress set. It looks nice, is very high profile, which I love. It is extremely comfortable, but the problem with the foam is annoying.

I wasn't sure if I would like this bed, without having tried it out first but the price was right, and it was the BEST gamble I've made!!!! It is a softer mattress, but soooo comfortable!!!!

I BOUGHT THIS BED ABOUT SIX MONTHS AGO, AND AT FIRST IT WAS GREAT. THEN A SMALL LUMP APPEARED ON ONE SIDE. THEN ABOUT A MONTH LATER THE LUMP GOES ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE WHOLE TOP OF THE BED. VERY DISSAPOINTED. IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEBODY BURIED A DOG IN THE PILLOWTOP. COME ON PEOPLE YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER THAN THAT.

I was a little concerned about buying a mattress online but after shopping around and getting an idea of what I wanted, I took a chance on this little number and it paid off reallly well. The mattress came about 12 days after ordering and it is very quality. I wanted something soft as my last mattress was firm and was getting uncomfortable and this did not dissapoint. Great mattress for a great value, good luck finding something like this for the price Overstock offers.

This mattress is for people who are NOT looking for a firm mattress. It is beautiful, well constructed, high quality, easy delivery and set-up but after one night we decided it was far too soft for us. We sold it to someone else the next day.

I purchased this mattress set based on the reviews written. I have never felt so foolish in my life. To me, this mattress set does not even feel like the pillow tops I have tried out in the stores. It feels like there is a foam topper on top of a firm mattress. You sink into the foam and then there is a hard surface. Because this item is a over sized item, there is a stiff restocking fee which does not include paying a truck line to ship it back to Utah. I am so upset I purchased a mattress on line and I hate it and have to live with it!! The reason I purchased the mattress was because of all the positive feedback it had received. I can only tell you, you should not purchase a mattress without trying it out first. Just because someone else likes the mattress does not mean that you will. So I continue to wake up every morning with a backache and a mattress set I cannot afford to return.

Wow!!! What a mattress set for a fabulous price!! Do not hesitate to buy this mattress for it is very comfortable and a great deal. Color is cream both mattress and box springs so a cover over the box springs in not needed. The pillowtop is so soft and very plush. There are other sets a lot more expensive but I can't imagine them better than this one. It came quicker than expected too.

Excellent product, prompt delivery, courteous and helpful delivery men, very hard to get out of bed in the morning now.

I only sleep on the bed 3 nights a week, and have had it for 5 weeks. The bed is already sagging in the middle. Another reviewer commented on the edges being firm with the middle being too soft, and this is very true. After only a few weeks, the middle is several inches lower than the edges, and is very uncomfortable. I recommend putting out the extra money for a name-brand bed that will last.

the mattress is much better then my old one, it is comfortable, the only thing is that it feels over stuffed. the sides are firm but much softer in the middle. so if you have two people in the bed, you both end up in the middle, so if you like your space this is not the bed for you. I hope that it doesnt end up sagging in th center

We are extremely happy with our decision to purchase our mattress thru Overstock.com. The mattress has a firm support with a soft pillowtop. The price for this high quality Mattress can't be beat. After searching for weeks in local ads, and almost having a heart attack after seeing some of the prices for the same product, we couldn't resist this great deal. Delivery time was faster than expected and very professional. After item was shipped the carrier company kept us well informed about the delivery date and time. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to a friend or family member.

This mattress set is an exceptional deal and extremely comfortable. When comparing mattresses with coils, you need to know the coil count. The higher the count the better. This mattress has a coil count of 728. It also has a foam encased edge, which is what you want. I could not find a comparable mattress any where near this price. I bought this set for my son and his wife. He's 6'5" and his wife is pregnant. They both said it is the best nights sleep they have ever had!! I have a pillow top myself made by another manufacturer, and if this bed is anything like mine, I can attest to the fact that this is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Go out and compare beds with approximately the same coil count, add on tax and delivery and I think you'll find this to be an exceptional deal!!!

I had shopped for months for a new mattress set, one that would not only offer a great night's sleep, but also would not "break the bank". I was so excited to find this mattress set on Overstock.com. Bought this bed for quest bedroom, the bed is very comfortable and compares to high quality beds that cost much more. My company loved the bed!!! I would purchase this bed again next time I need a new mattress.

We've been sleeping on a very firm mattress, and this new one is like a dream! We've had a perfect night's rest since we bought it.

MATTRESS SUNK DOWN IN THE MIDDLE...I had this mattress for only 2 years before it started sinking in the middle...significantly! My fluffy comforter can't even hide the dip. When I sleep on the edge, I inevitably roll into the middle...it's horrible and I wake up with a bad back every day.

This is the worst mattress that I have ever bought. I bought the Spring Air Deluxe Pillow Top Mattress for my daughter in 2005 and it was so nice that I bought this one for my husband and I. However, within 6 months, the whole center of the mattress started to sink. I would have to sleep on the edge to be comfortable but would eventually roll towards the sinking middle. I really believe that my mattress was refurbished. My husband took a couple of the big styrofoam long noodles that kids use in a pool and put them under the mattress for support so it has helped a little. I would have tried to return the mattress but the delivery guy said to look it over well because it would be almost impossible to return so 6 months later I figured I wouldn't even bother. We will be buying a new mattress soon but definitely not over the internet. I got ripped off big time.
