Mattress is acceptable but wouldn't buy again
This mattress is good quality, so no issues there. I can say that I bought this mattress first for my oldest daughter and then when I moved my 2nd daughter in the room, bought another twin from a different store, and they fight over the second one I bought because it is much more comfortable than this. This mattress is also oddly deep, and when I put the box spring with it, it actually covered the headboard, which is a substantially sized headboard from Pottery Barn, so that was frustrating to figure out. The other issue, which isn't a reflection on the product, and is mentioned in the description, is the length of time it takes to receive the product. From the time ordered to the time received, it took over a month. I said would not recommend because although there is nothing especially wrong with this purchase, I think its a lot of money to spend to feel like its only okay.

Looks and feels substantial...
I needed a very well-constructed, supportive mattress to support an obese (340 lb!) person. He's very happy with it. I had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery, but that was stated up front when I placed the order. Delivery itself was excellent and they took away the old mattress. I'm hoping it will last a long time!
