- Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. After unwrapping, allow product to air for a few hours.

Dimensions
Mattress deliveries require a 4-hour window to complete delivery; this includes carrying the mattress inside, unpacking it, simple set-up in the designated room, and removal of the packaging. Removal of your old mattress may be available for an additional fee. Arrangements should be made directly with your freight carrier.
Please note: Mattress sets are non-returnable upon signature at delivery.

Product Great, delivery service HORRIBLE
I have always used Overstock for my large purchase items such as Mattresses and been extremely satisfied with their products and service. This product is no different however, I was surprised the color was different from what I expected. Unfortunitly, the delivery service was not a good experience at all. They called to schedule delivery and I asked for a week later. I took that day off from work and was told they would call with a 4 hour window. They never did. So I had to wait the entire day. Then they called at the end of the day and said they overbooked and had to deliver it tomorrow during my family's Christmas get together 11-3. I was very upset. When 3 passed they finally called and said it would be delivered between 3-6 now. So I missed my family's get together for nothing. Worse delivery company ever. Worst communication ever. Unreliable. I may not order again from overstock if the item required delivery because that was such a horrible experience and I love Overstock. Get a new delivery service PLEASE.
