I bought this item for our daughter to replace the one that was damaged in a hurricane. I am in one state, and she is in another. She says it is perfect in every way, confortable and made well. I am happy because of the quality, the ease of this entire transaction, and the manner in which we were treated by Overstock and the shipping company. I have bought many things here, and customer service has proven to be excellent.

I had recently purchased a firm mattress set at a leading retail store. Within 2 months, I determined the guest bedroom needed a new mattress set too. First, I checked with the retail store and was informed the mattress set I bought previously has gone up in price over $125.00. I found this mattress set on Overstock for about half of what I paid for the other firm set. The mattress took a bit a doing to get coordination for delivery but it turned out OK. The mattress set arrived without boxes but well wrapped in heavy plastic. The quality is great, the feel is very firm and now my first mattress set does not look like such a good deal - this one is fabulous.

We bought this for one of our guest rooms which is usually occupied by children or grandchildren. The quality of the mattress and box springs appears to be excellent. As advertised, it is FIRM. I expect that after some use it will be less firm and for those guests who prefer something softer my wife simply puts a pillow top on the bed when she makes it up. Another excellent Overstock purchase.

I can fall asleep on anything, I'm use to traveling. But its never been so hard to get me out of bed. This bed came to me in 2 weeks, the guys set it all up for me (which is good because I live alone and I'm not the strongest girl in the world). The only complaint I have is it makes me never want to get out of bed in the morning. No more back aches or waking up in the middle of the night. I love it!

The mattress set actually arrived 3-4 days after I placed the order online! The delivery guys were nice & pleasant. They even moved the old set outside to be picked up. The mattress itself is a dream! I bought it for my mother because her other set (only 1 year old by the way) was terrible. The Alcott Firm mattress actually contours to your body and when you lay on it-it feels like the mattress is actually massaging your back. Its great and my Mother is very happy with her set. I recommend this experience to anyone who is tired of going to the furniture stores and being disatisfied with store-bought brands. Spring Air is great company and been in business for years. I researched before I bought this set and others should too.

I was going to visit my son and daughter-in-law and knew (from previous experience) they needed a new guest bed. I ordered and hoped for the best. The delivery company was right on time, my order arrived in a very timely manner and in great shape. The bed is very nice and VERY FIRM! My husband and I slept very well for the week we were visiting. I would recommend this mattress! Great price and great quality.

This is such a great deal. The Mattress is comfortable and great quality. I bought mattresses in the past hoping to get a great deal but always spent several hundred dollars more than I anticipated with their taxes and shipping and other "fees", and winded up with a very disappointing mattress. This set is high quality and you cannot beat the price. I even paid less than the already great advertised price by fishing around for overstock coupon codes. The mattress is a bit stiff at first even for firm mattress lovers such as myself but after a week or two it is fantastic.

This mattress set is better than expected for the cost. For someone who is very picky about the type of mattress I sleep on, I have absolutely no complaints with this one. The craftsmanship is without a flaw too. This is a very good deal!

Although it took 2 1/2 weeks to receive, it was worth the wait. Very comfortable. True about the delivery. Very nice people who unwrapped and placed the box spring then mattress on my bed.

The set was delivered within the 10 days by very courtious young men who cleaned up the packaging before they left. The bed is wonderful to sleep on. When I wake up in the morning my joints don't hurt as much and I am 60 years of age. Thanks!!!!!

I got this for my mother and she has been sleeping her pretty little head off. We searched a long time for mattresses and couldn't find one she wanted so i figured if i am a satisfied customer with Overstock why not buy her mattress and box spring from them and once again totally satisfied.

I got the mattress much quicker than expected. The freight company contacted me about two weeks after I placed my order. They were very easy to deal with, gave me a four hour window for delivery time and called me when they were running a little late. They brought the mattress in and up the stairs to the awaiting frame. The only drawback is that the mattress is one sided so you can't flip it but I had done my homework online and already knew this. My mom wanted a mattress that was firm and has been sleeping happily on it since delivery. I haven't heard a single complaint. It's definitely a great value for the price!
