It is scary to order such a large purchase but after reading the other reviews of other sizes I am very pleased. It is well made, quite beautiful looking. It is firm but has a bit of a fluffy top. We happen to have a 3 inch memory foam that we put on top and the combination of firm yet some ease on the old bones makes this one wonderful mattress.The delivery people were in touch with us regularly and arrived after about 2 or so weeks and a bit early. They carried the bed up stairs for us. I was not home but my husband said they were very professional, calling a few days before and then the day of and about 30 minutes before. My husband and I lay down on this bed and we are "out" for the night! I don't think you will be disappointed with such a well made bed. I know we will enjoy it for years to come.
