Spring Air Alana Pillow Top Mattress Set

I was thrilled with the ordering and delivery process and excited to get a new mattress set that had so many positive reviews. My first disappointment was a mildewy smell. It lasted about a month and then it finally went away. The mattress itself is the other disappointment - it seems like its's already broken down and I have a sinkhole in my mattress after about 1 1/2 months. This is why I got a new mattress in the first place. I was so happy at first but now I am sorta sad.

just bought this bed to upgrade from my Full size mattress.... it is marvelous! really a great buy, but buyers beware! ----- if you live in an apt. and have tight stairwells, this boxspring will NOT fit easily. The boxspring is made of a titatium forcefield. Well not really, but it is not your avg boxspring made of wooden slats. This thing is diesel. Made of all metal interior for durability and long lasting. I'd say, look for those two double boxsprings they sell to get underneath, b/c this thing won't budge easily!

After waking up sore everyday for a few weeks I decided it was time for a new mattress as mine was 10 years old. I browsed a few local mattress stores and also a few other online sites before I came to Overstock.com. When I saw the pricing I was amazed. I had a few doubts about buying a mattress online but after reading other reviews I figured what the heck! The mattress arived in 2 weeks from the time I ordered it. What was kind of cool about the mattress and box spring were the labels on them indicated they were manufactured 3 days before I received them. Talk about made to order! The delivery people even delivered it on a Saturday which impressed me as alot of companies don't deliver on weekends. The delivery crew arrived about 2 hours into the 4 hour window they gave me for delivery and set the bed up for me. I even asked them if they could strip the plastic on the mattress and box spring in a way that would allow me to reuse it as I am planning on moving in 6 months. They did just what I asked and even folded the plastic up for me. As far as the bed goes... 2 weeks in and I am no longer sore when I get up. The bed is very comfortable and I would definately recommend it to a friend.

Although this mattress is extremely soft (almost too soft), ours is three inches short on each side of being a true queen sized mattress. So, you need to buy the next size up, if you are trying to get a bigger mattress.
