  I thought these would be a good general use kitchen scissors. They are not in my opinion. The description says "Asian Kitchen Universal Scissors", but they have very short blades and are very light weight. I use them for opening bags, but had to buy a different pair for all the other things I need kitchen sheers for. I would recommend that you consider what you are using them for. If you make sushi or other types of things they would maybe work for that. I was looking for a more universal general use scissors.

  perfect little tool to have in kitchen. We bake a lot, so this works perfectly for us all the time. Better than toothpicks and you can always find this in the drawer.

  My son was here fixing breakfast on Easter Sunday morning and he said I need a bacon press, came to my computer and found this and ordered it for him for his Birthday (coming up that week) he is very happy with it, says it works very well.
