Each of the pieces are very large and heavy so make sure you have plenty of help moving them in and that you have a large room to put them in. Pretty much the only assembly is putting on the hardware, slipping the bed pieces together and attaching the mirror to the vanity. The surface isnt as durable as I would have like though, we have a little chip by one of the legs and one scratch on the bed post from slipping our mattress on so when you get it just be very careful about letting anything rub against it. It still looks great and the construction is pretty sturdy.

The furniture is so beautiful. My daughter is 28, married with 2 girls, but you would have thought she was a little girl when she got the furniture. When you order on-line without seeing the item you are usually afraid of what you might get. We were so amazed the quality and the looks of this furntiure. It is so worth what we paid and a lot more. We will be ordering more furniture later.
