I bought these for my living room and had been looking for lamps for quite a while. The color is great...I found they can look more "cherry" or more "rust" depending on the room (and surrounding furnishings/wall color). You assemble the shades which is super easy. The quality is decent...especially for the price.

These lamps are gorgeous! The picture hardly does them justice. I don't love the shades, the color is a bit darker than I thought and since these are in my living room, I need as much light as I can get; but the bright red base adds the perfect pop of color. You will not regret this purchase!!

these lamps were just the thing i needed for my living room. i ordered them on a monday and they arrived that friday. the red color complements the rodeo drive deco rug that i bought on overstock last month.the shade is a light tan color, which was a nice surprise.these lamps are a great deal and look more expensive than they were.

I needed red lamps but the red is alittle brighter than I really expected. A very modern look with the red ball as the finial. Nice lamps but more modern looking and a brighter red color that I expected.

The lamps are a true red and look beautiful on my bedside tables. The shades were a little tricky but once I figured them out they were a cinch. They are very tall and well worth the money and I have been looking for many months. My daughter-in-law fell in love with them and I think she will order soon. Thank you for such a superior product.

I loved these lamp when I got them. The color and shape were perfect. But after one month the switches broke off on both lamps. I have not seen anyone else with this problem so maybe mine were just bad. But without switches the lamps cann't be turned off and on and that is a big problem!!!

Very nice set of lamps. Shipping was fast and packaging was fantastic! Thought the lamp shade put together was a bit strange and am wondering how it will hold up over time but they look great. All went together in about 10 minutes. Red is very rich in color. Shades are neutral beige. Looks very nice as a "pop" of color in my living room that is somewhat traditional looking but with greens and yellow florals. I really liked them and the cost was fair. Club O helped out there too and free shipping you can't beat!

These are better than expected (for the low price) and are perfect on our nightstands. Color is as it appears (pretty red) and shades are of good quality. We are happy with our purchase.

I am very pleased with these lamps! I have them in my home office. The base cherry color is bright and cheerful and fits in well with my dark brown sofa and office furniture. I have a Turkish rug with pinks and reds on a dark cherrywood hardwood floor so these lamps pick up the color in the rug and floor and complement the furniture nicely. The shades are definitely khaki rather than cream but for my color scheme this is actually better. The assembly of the shades was really easy and although they don't look top of the line, they don't look bottom end either. Once on the lamps the shades look fine. I almost went with the same lamps in brown but now I'm really happy I chose the red. The 3 way light is also nice. I highly recommend these lamps if you are considering them.

These lamps are simply gorgeous and everyone who sees them in my apartment comments on how modern they look. I did not have a problem with the lampshade assembly at all and find it sturdy enough, although perhaps not as sturdy as a one-piece lampshade might be. I do wish the shades were closer in color to white than beige, but I can live with that. Would recommend to anyone for the great price and lovely look.

I ordered these lamps to add some color to my living room it gave the room the punch it needed. The style of the lamp base is perfect and the color is the brightest red without being tacky. These are a great purchase!

The photo of these amazing lamps really don't do them justice. In person they are vibrant, swanky and the perfect punch of color for my retro mod inspired living room. They arrived promptly and was delighted to see how carefully they were wrapped. It did throw me off a bit to see the lamp shades packaged so they were hugging around the bases of the lamps but once I started putting them together it made perfect sense. The shades did feel a bit flimsy before they're on the lamp, but once you have the braces in place it's as sturdy as lamps twice the price. Also in the picture the shades appear to be a slight off white but in fact they are a bit darker, but still very netural. It took me about 10 mins to get the lamp shades on perfectly and have gotten non stop comments on them. This was my first purchase from overstock and I couldn't be more thrilled.

I love these lamps. They look great on the buffet table in my foyer. The only reason I did not give them a five is that the shades are cheaply made. The lamp bases are a very pretty true red. The color that is shown online is very acurate. They have brushed brass hardware that adds a nice modern touch. I am also pleased with the pricing of the lamps and the speedy shipping. I have recommeded Overstock to many friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you ,Overstock, for another great purchase!

The lamps are great and the cherry red color is perfect for my decor. The lamp shades seem cheap when assembling them, and they feel somewhat flimsy, but they look great once assembled. I would not put them in a child's room, but they are in my guest bedroom, and probably will not get knocked around.
