received them quick, they were easy to put together, took my 17 year old less than an hour to do all four. they look great in at the game table. I'm pleased with my purchase

The chairs are very nice, but like the table, the wood is not as dark as it appears in the picture. More importantly, the seats are PURPLE, not light brown as pictured. The purple is a deep eggplant, not offensive, but if you were counting on brown, don't order these.Very easy to put together, nice, sturdy and attractive.

I bought these chairs (six of them) to go with the dining table about 3 years ago. They have survived three kids and a move and still look great. They are definitely an eggplant purple color, which I didn't realize when I bought them (I agree that they look like a dusty brown in the photos), though in all fairness, the description DOES say eggplant. Our home is mostly neutrals (golds, tans and browns), so this is the only bit of color. As far as cleaning the suede-like cushions - I do it about once a week and they look great. I just use a nylon cleaning brush and some upholstery cleaner mixed with water sprayed on them. Easy and quick, until the next time my kids eat on them! But they do not stain, and really do clean quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

I do like the chairs, and the look fantastic, the only thing is they seem to scratch easy so I constantly have to be extra careful not to hit the chair with me shoes or bump them against each other. They do look very nice and seem pretty sturdy. * The cushions are most definitely purple!! Luckily purple is the color scheme in our house, but if you like the chairs, it would be very simple to re upholster. I would not recommend the chairs for households with little kids; the suede would be messed up very fast.

The dark wood is great, they are easy to assembly, and best of all, the cushion color for the 2 I just got matches the 2 I purchased two years ago so I'm delighted.
