Soprano Wood Desk/ Console

It's a desk. No it's a sofa table. No, it's BOTH. I like this piece of furniture. My husband told me it was easy to assemble. The hardest thing was cleaning up all the styrofoam packing, which when you think about it, may have been a good thing!! There was one blemish on the wood which looked like a fixed chip. I like it a lot and you probably will unless you are very critical..

This desk is beautiful, just as shown and described, solid piece, well made, and looks far more expensive than it is! Easy to assemble, too.

Love it. I was planning to use it only for a console table, but the functionality of the drawer and the circle cut out on the base make me sure I'll use it as a desk as well. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

• How accurate was the on site description of the product? Very accurate. I did receive a "grid" with adhesive - not sure where this goes, but I'll place it on the back board for a more decorative effect. This was not shown in the photo.

This is an excellent table and definitely worth the money. The quality of wood is amazing...it actually took two of us to move to the table after putting it together. The reason why I gave it four out of five stars was because the product was delivered damaged. The left side of the table had a cracked piece of wood. But we made it work anyway...I would definitely recomment this product but Overstock should really work on getting a new carrier because UPS is constantly damaging nice products.
