Colors did not match
We were very excited to get this bed in but, the headboard came in a lite gray and side panels were taupe. Overstock was very helpful in trying to match the colors, they sent a second bed but the story was the same. All beds were sent back and we had to refund. Overstock handled everything very well and the returns and refund went off without a hitch. Thank you overstock!!

Very pretty bed
The major problem we had was with delivery. Even after emailing and two calls, the first delivery attempt was made without our being contacted. The contracted company did not seem to work with the driver at all, thus it was all delayed. We finally got a helpful representative and we were able to meet the truck. They were great and moved all the large boxes upstairs to the room we needed. It does take two people to put the bed together, and you cannot believe how many small pieces go into the mattress support! There were good instructions and it took a long time. My daughter and I were proud (and a little surprised) we were able to do it ourselves.
