Well built
This bed came in many parts. A bit overwhelming at first. None of the parts were numbered or labeled in anyway, which made it more time consuming to put together. There were several parts that were supposed to be pre drilled and were not. So we drilled the holes ourselves. One of the drawers was not drilled for the cam locks, so we had to order the parts from the company. It was a hassle. They wanted a scan of the reciept and pictures of the parts that were to be replaced. It took almost 2 weeks to get the new drawers. I was dissappointed with the drawers. They are not made to hold any kind of weight. Maybe the weight of socks or underware, but not jeans or anything that is heavy. After all is said and done, I would not buy another pre fab of anything. The pressed board breaks to easy and be sure to not overscrew anything or it will strip.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The bed was supposed to be a dark brown, but it really looks like a black instead.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Once together the bed is very sturdy.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? For the most part it is accurate. But the drawers are very shallow.
