Sonata Cherry Finish 5 drawer chest and bed
I ordered 2 chests and 1 bed. The product itself looks very nice, I would say the quality is medium....but in line with the price. However, I had multiple serious issues getting these delivered undamaged. Not sure where the issue occurred. The 1st chest arrived with a huge hole in the back (like someone had put their fist through it). The second arrived with the top completely crushed. O.co was very good about dealing with this ...and sent replacements out quickly after the first set. After the second, they were holding it up waiting for the shipper to respond and I was left without my furniture and had already been charged! I finally had to ask for supervisor help.....at that point, it felt like they were blaming me for the damaged product. I am not talking about little scratches.....I am talking about big holes in the product. I finally got the product on the 3rd attempt...it had clearly had extra packing done to it and I think it helped...as even that box had holes all the way through it. There was a scratch still...but I decided I could live with it. I would probably not order anything again that required heavy shipping.
