duvet set is perfect as an update for my down comforter! I ordered it
in white, and it is very bright and clean looking. The material
was soft even before washing, and is even softer after. The
buttons are (sensibly) right at one edge - a contrast to other covers
I've had. Makes it easier to make the bed without worrying that the
buttons will be in the way. Also, I didn't even realize it comes with
two shams - what a bonus! Highly recommend.

I was pleased with the cotton duvet when I received it (very quickly) with the exception of the color as it was a bit darker than I expected. But, for the price, I can live with the darker color! After ironing everything up, I placed my comforter in the duvet and pillows in the shams and my bed looks elegantly dressed for such an extremely reasonable price! I have used the set for about a month now and had expected the duvet to wrinkle easily, but it does not! This set was definitely a good bargain, just like I've found many times at overstock.com.

very nice duvet cover. the color is true to photo. i bought this as a "fill in" when my expensive duvet cover went to the dry cleaner. however, this just might become"the cover" while the expensive one waits in the dry cleaner plastic for special occaisions. the sage cover is that nice.

I bought the WHITE duvet cover. For the price the cover is acceptable. The fabric seems a little thin and the pillow shams are standard. I also purchased a throw and throw pillows to spice it up a bit. I used this set in an extra bedroom which is fine however if I needed something for the master then I would buy something more upscale.

I really wanted to redo my bedroom, but as we all know the times are hard and money is limited. So when I saw this on overstock I was so impressed; what a inexpensive way to redecorate. Ordered and it came right on time. It is a beautiful set and I would recommend it to all. However the color is alot lighter than I expected so if you order please beware of that. The first of many things I intend to order.

This duvet cover and shams, are attractive, with a smooth and comfortable feel. Because of its softness, one could easily use the duvet with no top sheet (as duvets were intended originally). The seams are enforced and the button opening at the top makes it easy to get your comforter into, plus buttons aren't scratchy if you happen to encounter one during the night. The fabric is not as heavy as many sheets, but is fine for normal use. May not stand up to kids if they like to jump on the bed! The only con is being 100% cotton, with little or no finish as some cottons have these days, ironing is a must. Once ironed, however, it does not wrinkle easily, and looks nice and smooth on the bed.

I have been looking for a duvet cover for over a year now and wanted something that I can afford. I would go to department stores and the prices were outrageous! I found this duvet cover and thought the price was right and if it didn't work out I wasn't out that much money. It was the best thing that I ever purchased! My bed feels like a cloud. The fabric is so soft and even though the comforter that I put in the duvet cover gets hot throughout the night I can't seem to pull the duvet cover off of me because it is so luxurious. It's a great buy and I highly recommend it!

Well, at least it doesn't have cheap snaps. A number of buttons on the duvet cover were missing, maybe I should have sent it back. The fabric itself is typical for the thread count. It is comfortable, but the reason I wouldn't have recommended it to a friend is because of the missing buttons.

The duvet shrunk quite a bit, despite cold water & line drying. Additionally, I think they ran out of fabric while making mine, as there is a panel patched in, and seams not only around the edges, but 1/3 of the way in from the right. If this hadn't been so cheap, I would have returned it.

I purchased this item for my teenage daughter's room -- it's perfect, washes nicely and looks great. Excellent value for the money, including two pillow shams. And it arrived in a few days after I ordered it. I would definitely buy another one the next time I need a duvet cover.

After shopping four department type stores for a duvet cover for our comforter, and seeing ridiculous pricing of up to $350, we came to Overstock. All we wanted was a simple cover to keep the comforter clean! Nothing fancy, just something well-made.This duvet cover fit our need perfectly. After we received it, we washed it and had to iron it, as it was pretty wrinkled. After that, we put the comforter in it, buttoned it up, and it has worked out well. Doesn't appear to get re-wrinkled after the ironing. It's a great value for the price and we would gladly recommend it.
