Great bargain for a nice duvet cover!

This duvet set is perfect as an update for my down comforter! I ordered it in white, and it is very bright and clean looking. The material was soft even before washing, and is even softer after. The buttons are (sensibly) right at one edge - a contrast to other covers I've had. Makes it easier to make the bed without worrying that the buttons will be in the way. Also, I didn't even realize it comes with two shams - what a bonus! Highly recommend.

I was pleased with the cotton duvet when I received it (very quickly) with the exception of the color as it was a bit darker than I expected. But, for the price, I can live with the darker color! After ironing everything up, I placed my comforter in the duvet and pillows in the shams and my bed looks elegantly dressed for such an extremely reasonable price! I have used the set for about a month now and had expected the duvet to wrinkle easily, but it does not! This set was definitely a good bargain, just like I've found many times at overstock.com.

The sheets are OK but they are certainly not luxurious. You get what you pay for. This is not a complaint.

This product is extremely lightweight and transparent. After washing, it wrinkled extensively and required ironing.

Really looks good right out of the packaging, but after washing is just a wrinkled mess no matter how gently it is washed and how briefly it is tumble dried. If you looking for easy care, forget this product. Would only recommend to a friend who was looking for an inexpensive fix.

I found this duvet to be difficult to put over my comforter. It was like a low thread count sheet. It came out of the dryer very wrinkled and I struggled to iron such a huge piece of fabric. It is on the bed, but I am not looking forward to the next washing and replacing.

I bought two of these duvets for my daughters' new down comforters. They are thick and soft - just what I wanted. I washed and dryed them on low before using and they got pretty wrinkled, but I think that is typical for brand new sheets. Overall though, I am very happy with them and might buy one for my bed too.

Just what I thought...

It was great to update my other cover to a fresh white cover. It is soft, looks really white and is nice to curl up with. It does not look at fancy as some other covers, meaning no little details woven in the fabric ect. But it works for a guest bed or I lay it on top of my other white cover to add fullness and whiteness to my bed. Great buy for the price. (and I love that it comes with two extra pillow cases)

This product is fine for the price. The color is close to what I thought it would be, based on the picture. The size is right. However, it is and feels like a sheet as opposed to a bedspread. If you are looking to replace your top sheet with a duvet (Scandinavian style), this is a perfect way to protect your duvet.. If you are looking for something that looks more like a bedspread, you will be disappointed.

I bought this duvet to fit a King Size down comforter I bought, also on Overstock. However, the duvet was several inches smaller than the comforter. Foolishly, I decided to try and make it fit since the price was right. Big mistake. Not only does the comforter not fit properly, but the button holes are too big for the buttons, which means it consistently becomes unbottoned and the comforter slides out. Washed the duvet once (exactly according to care instructions) and it shrunk, so now it fits even worse. This duvet is poor value for the price. Better to spend a few dollars more and hope to find one that fits and performs better. If you are going to buy this duvet, might be a good idea to buy one size larger than you need.

This duvet cover was a great price - at least 1/3 the price of other sets I had looked at. It came promptly and well-packaged. We got the white, so no complaints about the color or fading! The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the lack of ties to keep the duvet in place. That would have made this absolutely perfect!
