Not so good -
I bought this heater to help supplement my wood burning stove. Living in the mountains where it is indeed colder - I expected this heater to work. It hardly heats a small 10x10 room. So if you're expecting this to heat your entire house - don't count on it - or even a living room! Save your money and buy something else.

Soleus Micathermic Heater
Using this to heat our living room. Unit seems to be efficient. Have not received this month's utility bill, yet. Unit disperses an even warmth. The digital controls are a nice feature. The unit functions quietly. There is a "thunk" when the heating units are called upon to produce heat.
