Solar Bronze Roller Window Shade (25 in. x 72 in.)

Do not buy any of these shades! I was disappointed when I opened the box and discovered that the bar across the bottom was not silver, like it is in the picture. It was brown. Not a big thing, but disappointing. We installed them anyway, but quickly found that the quality is terrible. The chain used to raise and lower the shade does not operate smoothly. It requires a lot of force and some jiggling. Feels like it would get stuck or break in no time. Wish I could return this for a full refund since quality is so poor- and how would I know that unless I installed it?

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Shade colore is brown, but bar at bottom is not silver, as pictured. It is brown.
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Horrible. The pull chain requires a lot of force to raise or lower. Definitely felt it would break soon.
• How accurate was the on site description of the product? Fine

Received item and had to reattach solar part to the bar along the bottom. Used a stapler but outcome not satisfactory. Also, along full edge of one side it was frayed and looked terrible. Finally chucked the whole thing and will look for something better made.
