We bought three screens together. One package was used or opened, just rewrapped in a cardboard box. The design was wrong, as the chain was too shor to fully open or close the screen. If you adjust the chain to open the screen fully, the screen will fall off from the roller. Don't buy it if you need then 68" of coverage.

I can't believe my good fortune. It's just what I wanted. Make sure you are aware though, that it is a SOLAR shade, so it does not provide complete privacy. But it is great for a very sunny window where you want to have the shade down during the day, while still being able to see out.

I exchanged the first set of these shades because they are NOT 45" in width they measure about 43 1/4" and the shipping company is aware if this because the # 45" is cut out with a box cutter on ALL of the boxes they arrived in (e.g. 45" x 72" is __ x 72"). It seems I am not the only person who has experienced this problem. I gave three stars because the shades look nice and are easy to install as well as priced right but, the bronze looks more like black.

Only trouble is that overstock sent me 44" not the 45 " i ordered....didn't discover until i opened box to put them up. hope i can exchange them for the right width.
