This is a good couch. Excellecent value for the money and very easy to assembly. Looks very good when finished and converts back and forth between a flat bed and a couch very easiliy. There are some minor workmanship issues such as a bent spring on one part of the cushion but it's more of an annoyance than anything else.

Love the sofa, it looks great and is amazingly comfortable. Great value. It was a bit challenging to assemble by myself but I did it. So pleased. So so so much better than a futon and not as heavy as a sofa sleeper. Yeah!!!!

The sofa is both extremely good looking and extremely comfortable for sleeping. The mechanism works smoothly and it seems solidly built. It is an excellent alternative to the more traditional fold-out sofa bed and it does not look like the futon you had in that first apt. you shared with your college buddies. The back of the sofa is higher than a regular sofa (40 in.) so keep this in mind when planning wall decor. The assembly instructions and labels that accompanied the unit I received were CORRECT -- the key thing to remember is that the "click click" part of the mechanism is in front. Also pay attention to the difference in the length of the bolts when assembling.

We purchased this item for my husband's study; it has quickly become the favorite lounging spot in the house for everyone! This futon, which gives the overall appearance of a sofa, is amazingly comfortable. Do take the measurements seriously. This is a full-sized sofa and gives a large appearance. It quickly fills a small room. The product is delivered in two boxes. The box containing the sofa frame is very heavy -- if you need to get it upstairs, it will take 2 -3 people. Small problem with drilled holes not matching up exactly, but this should not affect use. Overall, great value and quality.

It arrived very quickly and in two boxes with clear assembly instructions. I needed a second person to complete assembly, as I was not able to maneuver the pieces into place on my own. We put it together in under an hour. It looks like a couch, not just a cheap futon. I haven't slept on it, but it seems comfortable enough to accommodate overnight guests without any major complaints. It's nice that it comes with pillows and is ready to use so soon after it arrives. I would definitely recommend it for anyone in the market for a new living room piece that isn't too expensive. Good value for the money!

I expected this to be harder to assemble, but it wasn't. It looks great, and is very comfortable as both as a couch and as a bed. It's a very good value and a great office couch!

This futon cover was really nice. Great fit and fabric. The color was slightly different from the one on the website. Perhaps it was my monitor.

We got this sofa bed to replace a day bed. My mom and aunt put this thing together in a couple of hours. It looks really nice and plush. Looks much better than a futon and it's comfortable to sit and lay on. If you're trying to decide between a sofa bed or a futon, I would recommend this sofa bed. It exceeded our expectations.

In my opinion, this product is more in the class of double bed/couch than futon... It's pure comfort, great looks and quality for an unbelievable price.... Construction is very sturdy and easy to assemble; I did it on my own in two hours and I was taking my time. But be aware that the dual spring mattress system is quite firm.. if you are looking for a "sink into couch or bed" this mabye not for you.... .

I looked around for a futon that was not made from cheap materials. I found this one and fell in love. It looks great! Very soft and comfortable. I haven't slept on my bed since I got it. The only bad thing was that it's a little heavy. Might take two people to carry it up the stairs. Also it uses an Allan's Head screw driver to assemble it. I absolutely hate Allan's head. The screws are all stripped so I guess I wont be taking it apart. And i have a 3' wide door and i doubt I'll ever be able to take it out of the room.Pay attention to the details or you might end up putting parts on upside down like my boyfriend. I also recommend having 2 people assemble it because some of the parts need to be held while the screws are put in. In short, as for putting it together good luck. As for the finished product I absolutely LOVE it.

Needed extra bed for holidays, found this treasure and recieved it within 2 days, even during the holiday rush. Sleeps great, even for 2 people. Smart purchase

We bought this as a couch / bed for my 13 year old at our ski camp - he uses it every weekend during the winter. This futon couch is a great deal for the $$. It came promptly and was packed well. Instructions were good and it was easy to put together. It is super looking - you would never know it is a futon unless you look very closely. When folded out into the bed there is a crack down the middle and the bed itself is not very comfortable. Strongly recommend a good quality mattress topper for this if used as a bed very often

This is an amazing futon! I had my doubts at first, but reading these wonderful and descriptive reviews :) I had no problem assembling the item, especially reading the previous review about the left and right arm chairs, it seemed like a breeze! This is a perfect sofa bed for a small apartment and/or a guest bedroom or your own! The material is just amazing and soft and just downright comfortable!! I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a sofa bed! It has such a stylish chic look, i say if you find a futon like this one, especially with this price... it is a steal!! Kudos to all who designed, built, and purchased this couch.

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he was soooo excited when he saw it, he said I could give all of his other gifts to charity!! LOL !!!!! I couldn't believe how fast the shipping was, I think 3 days. It was fairly easy to put together. He has slept on it several times now and says it is very comfortable. Also, he had 2 of his cousins overnight and all 3 slept on it (they are 9, 11, and 12) and was roomy enough for them. The craftsmenship seems to be very good and I believe it will hold out very well. I very much recommend this for a guest room. I got it for my son's room to replace his regular bed to give him more space in his room.

Quick delivery, easy assembly and great look! Sturdy, easy clean-up fabric. As far as comfort, it is a firm seating/sleeping option but has made a nice addition to our family room!

Arrived in a week, assembled in an hour (2 people), looks great, VERY comfortable. Micro-suede fabric spot cleans easily. 3 position settings! Full size fitted sheets fit perfectly on the flat bed and it's much more comfortable than saggy pull-out sofa beds. The 2 spring systems (seat & back) are encased in fabric and slide into the zippered, padded futon cover easily. (I can insert more padding if I want.) Wrinkles in futon cover smooth out eventually.
