Unit installed easy; looks great with stainless sink & faucet. Dispenser was difficult to prime with soap initially because of the long lift, but once done has worked well.

I have a stainless sink and faucet, so I bought the brushed nickel hoping that it would match (seemed the closest choice). As I expected, it is not an exact match, but it is close enought that I will keep it (I think that I am the only one that will really notice). I have had this pump dispenser for about 1 month, and I am very happy with it. It was very easy to insall and after some work, dispenses hand soap consistently and easily. I was afraid at first that it wasn't working, but just make sure that the resivoir is full and just keep pumping to get it primed - it really did seem like forever, but I was determined - once I got it working, it has been fine. Would be nice, though, if it primed a bit easier. I love the fact that it refils from the top. If you have ever had one that must be filled from underneath the sink, you will love this one even more. I am going to buy them for my bathrooms too. Help eliminate the clutter and keep the soap mess to a minimum.

I bought the Kraus pull-out spray faucet, soap dispenser and 30" undermount stainless sink. The contractor was raving about how much his wife would like them. The items were packed very well for shipping, as other commenters have noted. The faucet is gorgeous. The water stops instantly when the handle is closed. The hose is sturdy and the connector looks like it will last a very long time. The soap dispenser is really nice too. It doesn't dribble or accumulate soap gunk at the nozzle, nor does it leak or wobble. The top lifts out, pour in the soap and drop the top back in. And the sink is amazing. It is very deep and ships with a strainer that has a little handle so you can easily remove it for cleaning. It also has a bottom rack. I would not get the faucet with anything less than a 30" sink, because it is large. Have not seen this brand anywhere but in comparing at the big box stores, I am very happy with the purchase.

I was looking for a soap dispenser to match my kitchen faucet and many of the options were $150 to $250. This product was much less expensive, but looks great in my kitchen and works very well. We're pleased with the product and would recommend.

4 stars because not installed yet. Packaging was not impressive and had us worried but the item is solid with actual brass as described. It will hold a lot of soap. I really don't know why it so much less than others on the site that have brass. You can fill it from the top. The pump does seem to just "sit" so we will see how it does overtime. It is part of our kitchen remodel--purchased sink and faucet from Overstock and very satisfied. High end look for a fraction of the price.

This seems like a well made piece it matched our ss sink and new faucet. However, it is tough to push it down to dispense, it is a two-handed operation.

We bought this Kraus Solid Steel Soap dispenser to replace one from another manufacturer which was just over a year old. It was leaking and changing the color of the soap to a brown color. The Kraus fit the original opening in the counter well and the beautiful finish matched the existing faucet better than the original. It dispenses very smoothly. Also it comes with a lifetime warranty which you can't beat. I have several other Kraus products in my home which have met the test of time and I think the dispenser will too.

Replaced sink and faucet at the same time so this completed the look.

We installed a new faucet that is one of those that pull out and spray. (another Overstock purchase) So, no sprayer to fill the other hole. I bought one of these soap dispensers based on the good reviews and a price I could love. We installed it today after a few trial and error attempts. There were no directions nor a diagram for guidance. We did figure it out, filled it up and it works like a charm. I'm glad to be able to hide the big bottle of dish soap. Now the sink area looks neat and tidy.
Bathroom and kitchen decor really starts to come together when a single theme unites the room style. Matching bath hardware is especially good at accenting a room. If your towel bars, faucets and soap dispensers all match, everything will look more polished and permanent. To help this theme, you can install a built-in countertop soap dispenser next to your bath or kitchen sink. Here are step-by-step instructions on how to do it. Installing a Soap Dispenser: Determine the hole size you'll need. If your sink has an available pop-out hole cover, you can use that to install your soap pump . Read More
