The stainless steel finish is a great compliment to any outdoor cook area. The assembly is minimal and clean up is a snap. I used this the first time to smoke some baby back ribs. I had 3 slabs which I cut in half and placed on 3 racks. I smoked them for about 2 1/2 hours and then placed them in the oven to complete. The flavor was fabulous and the meat was tender and moist. I can see this getting plenty of use around our house. It will be placed right next to the grill for easy use. From the smoker to the grille to the table. I can almost taste that smoked salmon now.
