i think this iron is a good product because it releases steam wherever you need it and I like the pressure of the steam I would recommend this to a friend, however the iron leaks water from time to time

I purchased this iron about a week ago and it is great.There are multiple level settings for steam as well as temperatures. The steam works really well and the iron gets really hot. It is a lightweight iron. I recommend this iron for anyone who does a lot of ironing or for someone (like me) who don't do much ironing but wants a GOOD iron when I do

Bought this iron becasue I was in need of one and wish I would have bought a different one. For the price, its not a great buy. Its definetly inexpensive. I term it as an apartment iron. Too light weight to really do a good job. I suppose its good for someone who doesn't need to iron much but even for the price I could have gotten a little bit better tool to do the same job.

So far no problems. It seems kindof light but has been working fine. My wife really likes it.

Once I found out how to use the steam I find this little iron to be great. The instructions do not go with this iron.

I regret having bought this product. It does not function the way it should. It doesn't reach the heating point that you'll need to iron your clothes. I put it on the maximum and it did not become hot. It was just hot enough to iron a silk clothing. Can I still return this product? It is not worth the amount I paid for it.

Couldn't use it because of the water leak. Returned it right away.

This iron does not glide easily over fabric. I'm hoping that it will after a couple of uses. I have had cheaper irons that were easier to handle.

For the price, this is one of the best irons I ever owned. When I first used it, it leaked a little water on my clothes when in the "steam" mode, but it hasn't done it since. A great buy!

good iron and is easy to use as is lite weight. appearance is eye appeal and cord does not tangle.

I absolutely love the way this iron works. It has some features that I'm not to happy with, but aside from that it works wonders on wrinkles. I don't like the little opening for filling up the water for the steam setting. The dial selector is kind of flimsy too. I also felt the instructions could have been clearer. Overall, I still would recommend the iron. For the price it is well worth purchasing.

I had been using an iron I received as a wedding gift several years ago. I didn't really need a new one, but I am so glad I purchased the Smartek Steam Iron. It is so lightweight, and really does a great job of ironing and pressing our clothing, very good value for the mimimal cost.
