      Comunications regarding delivery was not timely at all. Product came with 2 defective doors which were, however, replaced promptly by the manufacturer. Island took my daughter and I 4 hours to assemble. Parts fit together nicely. Helpful hint....It would be nice to separate nuts/bolts, etc. and label individual bags instead of stuffing everything into one bag and sorting for 1/2 hour.

    • Better than expected!

      This product was as described on the website - quality hard woods, relatively easy assembly. It's a nice piece and it rivals any piece of "assembled" furniture I would have bought in a store. The storage is great, doors and drawers are of good construction, and the drop leaf is very nice for extended space - we used it to set up a buffet at a party. I would highly recommend this product, as well as other products by the same manufacturer. Overstock.com is awesome - shipping reasonable, and quick!

    • Nice piece for a small kitchen

      This is a very attractive peice. I was worried that it would look too "country kitchen" for my tastes, but it fits well with the rest of my decor. I oiled all the pieces with mineral oil before putting it together, and will continue to oil regularly for the next few months. I wish the top drawer was a bit more spacious in height. I probably should have purchased a slightly larger unit, but this fits all my pots and pans, and keeps them dust free, and the cop counter/cutting board surface is so beautiful, I don't think I'll be able to chop directly on it, and will use a cutting board. Very happy with my purchase. I've seen it for 2x the price on other sites.

      • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color on the site shows it as if it was finished. It comes unfinished, in a natural state.
      • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Good quality, mix of solid wood and wood veneered pieces.

      Very well made piece of furniture. Definitely worth the price. Arrived quickly and in good condition. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.
