This item arrived in two boxes - took about 5 hours to put together. Unfortunately, there was no mention of assembly in the product description. Not as deep as I thought it to be - by only 1/2 inch! The purpose it was bought for will only accommodate a third of what was intended to be stored in it example: large mixer - George Forman grill. Basically clean off our already limited counter space. The counter top is its greatest asset - its beautiful and will help with the added counter space needed when baking - the movable aspect is wonderful.
