Nice looking, but very rickety. Legs just screw in. OK if you just lift your legs and rest your feet on it, but don't try and sit on it and reach for anything. And keep kids away from it. I don't expect it to last long. Color is an light off white - not bright white, but lighter than my soft ivory upholstered loveseats. Figure if it were $35 it would have been worth it. Definitely not worth $80 and too big to bother returning.
I received the bench yesterday and was very disappointed with the quality, the fabric is low grade and overall looked cheap, as far as comfort it's very hard. From reading the reviews I thought I would be purchase it and when it arrived I had to return it, the picture is better than the product.
I was in a search for sleek, classy, tasteful, and well made ottoman. This was well made for this price, can seat up to 200 lbs supposedly. Doesn't look cheaply made, which is important because I live in a nice neighborhood. Seat is pretty hard, not board hard but on a scale of 1 to 10 it is prob 8. 8.5 hardness. The good thing is it will last. I rather have it harder so it can last longer. If it is already soft, I think you will need to buy one sooner. I also purchased very modern and simple looking ottomans at a big box store (sounds: "see-bee-two") for 50% more of the price, and I wished I bought more of this one instead. The style is very tasteful - clean, retro classy, well made
