like it a lot. a simple crock is a better crock. it's huge. clean looking. easy to clean. no chance of overflow. no nooks and crannies for food to get in that you can't clean out. great crock.

It is plenty large and is everything I would need from a slow cooker except that the food boils on the low setting. There are only 2 heat settings ( low or High).

Like most other slow cookers the high setting is burn setting if you have slow cooking in mind. The high setting is good for bringing the contents up to temp fast, just don't leave it there for too long! This is a slow cooker considering its ease of use and size. This slow cooker feels heavy and seems to be very well made. Will recommend it.

Was exactly what I wanted. I have used it twice, the first time I made pork ribs with potatoes and sauerkraut. I set it for low @ 8 hrs, the meat was nice and tender, the kraut was cooked and the potatoes were still firm, not mushy mess. The second time I made chili, cooked on high for four hours. Both times the food was cooked to perfection. Another great feature is the handle on top of the lid does not get extremely hot.
