I was happily surprised these slipcovers fit my over-sized chairs. The front of my T-Cushion chairs measures over 36 inches, so I checked with customer service to ensure they were returnable in case they did not fit. Thankfully, they were returnable . . . and fit! The blue is a smokier blue than the picture suggests, which I hoped for. They came out of the washer/dryer without any wrinkles. The excess fabric is just a fact of life with slipcovers. They need tucking in after every few sittings, which is no big deal. They are a great, inexpensive solution to cleaning up some chairs until I find new chairs I want for the price I want.

Our son gave us two identical couches to use while we were remodeling our family room. They were very comfortable, but looked really bad. We never liked slipcovers, but after reading the reviews on these, we purchased the brown one to try. It has been on the couch for over a month now and we readjusted it once. This is with continued use. The couch is 93 inches long and the slipcover fits perfectly; no extra tucking anywhere. We are so pleased that we are buying a red one to use on the other couch in the new room.

I recently inherited some couches with a horrible floral design and decided to buy stretch slipcovers with the hope that they would fit snugly. So far, I've been very happy with this product. The fabric is very soft to the touch--much better than the fabric that was already on the couches. The slipcover fits close around the couches--much better than I thought it would. I assumed stretch slipcovers would fit nicely, but I didn't expect it to fit so perfectly. It has an elastic band that goes underneath. My couches have short 4 inch legs, so I can still reach the elastic band if I need to but it looks like the entire couch is covered. The fact that the slipcover comes in two pieces is very convenient. The seat cushions are zipped in tightly, so they won't come undone. The other piece sits under the seat cushions, so it can't move off of the couch either. The arms are shaped perfectly for the arms shown in the picture, so there's no bunching fabric at the front of the arms. The only place where there is bunching is in the corner between the back of couch and the back of each arm. It can be tucked in tightly and stay there, but over time you can notice the bunched fabric. That being said, the slipcover fits the rest of the couch like a glove and it's very soft. Overall, it was a great way for me to get "new" couches at such a low price.

The colors are a little darker than what is displayed on the website. I bought the loveseat size to fit on a chair and a half. It worked very well. It is important to make sure everything lines up so the pleat in front is centered. The throw pillows definately help complete the look. Out of curiosity, I also tried the loveseat size on my 37 inch wide t-cushion chair. I had read other places that to use this slipcover on a t-cushion the chair would have to be at least 40 inches wide and that the chair sized slipcover would not work at all. Oh, and my chair has an attached t-cushion. Not a loose one that can be lifted up to fit the elastic band under. Well, it took more doing, but I was able to fit this size onto my t-cushion chair. I do suggest that if you want to do this to get an upholstery cushion and cut it to make a loose t-cushion seat to tuck more fabric around. I am also going to purchase the chair size to see if that will fit my t-cushion since the loveseat size did work when I read it wouldn't.

This slipcover made me a permanent convert to slipcovers that have a separate piece for the seat cushions. The slipcover hasn't moved out of place in six months of owning it; I've since bought a second. The green is a little different from pictured since the one pictured seems flat in color, but the slipcover itself has miniature stripes in two different shades of sage, which gives it more depth and appeal. The sofa underneath "belonged" to my dogs, and it was showing some signs of wear. (It was already a decade old when the dogs took it over.) It's still their sofa as far as they're concerned, but their jumping on and off it has not budged the slipcover an inch! Even better -- visitors can't tell that it's a dog sofa (even though I steer them towards the human one) because it looks like a brand new piece of furniture. Canines and people are very happy. The second one I bought is in my little girl's room (same color), and although she's too young to express an opinion, it looks really nice there, too.

This is a good quality, attractive slipcover. However, like all premade armchair slipcovers, it will only fit standard to large armchairs- arm to arm width of 32 to 43 inch width. My armchair is small,so this slipcover does not fit well enough to look neat, which is the shortcoming of my chair, not of the slipcover. Had this been a cheap cheezy looking slipcover, would have cast it aside.. But I liked the look and quality of this slipcover so much, that I sewed some minimizing alterations to make it work, and it now looks neater. If your chair size is standard to large size, this slipcover will fit,and look elegant.. The makesmanship is good quality, the material as very soft, like velvet. I got this on sale for under 40 bucks, when I figure this slipcover can easily run for over $100..

This slipcover in the burgundy tone was purchased to cover a sinister brown, faux leather recliner that is very comfortable, but has seen better days. This cover fits it very nicely. There is plenty of stretch in the fabric to cover the recliner which is aprox 37 inches wide and 40 inches from base to headrest. The recliner has an electric button on the side and it is easy to find, even though the fabric is stretched over it. There is a stretchy pocket on the left side of the slipcover that is convenient for hiding the remote. I have had no problems with pilling fabric or shedding. The feel of the fabric reminds me of vintage mohair. Be patient and creative when stretching it over the chair and it will take shape. I rolled hand towels in the creases to keep it tucked into the chair arms . Works well. Stays put.

This is a nice slipcover, but you also need to measure the cushions, not just the exterior measurements on the couch. The slipcover was built to accommodate larger arms on sofas, and smaller cushions. It's hard to say exactly, but I'd expect that any cushions with widths of more than 40-42 inches won't work with the design. We liked how it looked, so we'll be ordering the next size up.

My sofa is really big, longer than 96 inches. This slipcover doesn't fit properly, but it's a BIG improvement over the king size sheet I've had draped over the sofa for 3 years. It's strong enough to endure the stress of living on my oversize sofa.

The photo stylists for the site earned their money on this one. The images make the cover look sleek, but that is far from the truth. Our standard sized couch looked like it was dressing up for Halloween, even after we tucked, tied, and pinned the slipcover within an inch of its life. After sitting on it for even 20 minutes, the slipcover became crumpled and rumpled. It required a "tuck in" twice a day to keep it from looking like we just threw a sheet over the couch. Instead of purchasing this product, that's what you should do.

I searched for a really long time before I decided to buy a slipcover, and after reading the reviews I thought this one would be perfect. I love the color and the material, its very nice and durable. The only thing is, is that it is WAY TO BIG for my couch. My couch is about 75 inches long and maybe 25-30 inches tall. It does have an over stuffed back so I thought it would fit. Plus in the description it says it should fit my couch, and I guess it does, it is just way to big and so I have to tuck it in all over and once you sit on it everything moves and comes untucked. I just wish it fit the couch more snuggly.

I was worried that this cover would not fit my sofa because it has large high arms and the sofa is 96 inches long, but it did fit. I have to adjust the cover a lot because the back cushions are not attached to the couch so they slip down behind the seat cushions a lot. That is mostly due to children climbing all over the couch all the time. There is some extra fabric that I have to tuck in here and there.... but I think that is to be expected with any slipcover. The fabric is soft and has held up really well so far. I've had the cover about a month. I am happy with the purchase. It makes the old stained sofa look MUCH better.

I just purchased the Reeves Stretch 2-piece Sofa Slipcover for my sofa. I am SO PLEASED with this product! I have pets and they love to lay on the sofa, so it gets dirty and full of hair relatively quickly. I had been using a flat, one-piece sofa cover, but it didn't provide complete coverage, and it required constant tucking and re-adjusting after my family or the pets had been sitting on it. The Reeves Stretch 2-piece Sofa Slipcover is wonderful! Just as described, it stretches to fit over the entire sofa, even covers the back, and it does not require tucking and re-tucking after each use! I am absolutely sold on the fact that it's 2-pieces, and it fits my two extra thick seat cushions with a little room to spare! It was easy to tuck the 1-2 inch extra to one side, and the bottom portion covered neatly and completely. The slipcover makes my sofa look like brand new! The instructions are easy to follow, and the paper tabs/labels ensure that you put it on the sofa in the correct direction. I was able to put the slipcover on by myself, and got the two extra thick seat cushions into the second cover without a problem. The 2-pieces really help to avoid constant tucking and retucking becuase they stretch to fit nicely, and the covers stay put! The quality of the fabric is nice and soft, and it doesn't get little fuzzies on the fabric with use. I like it so much, I'm going to buy the matching chair slipcover! I highly recommend this product to give your furniture a new look, and to protect from family/pet wear and tear. I looked at a similar slipcover at Bed Bath and Beyond for $139.00. This one is a much better value!

I bought these in FEB 2011: Catherine Round-arm Jacquard Sofa & Catherine Round-arm Jacquard oveseat Slipcover. Excellent classic quality, and a very good fit to my Leons Furniture sofa/loveseat in Toronto. I was afraid wife might not like the fabric (on touch, looks) and then I'd have to read about returning (and I do not have much time for that, busy man), as she insisted must see it before buying, but I ordered anyway, she vas very pleased upon unpacking them. We have had similar slipcovers (with a vertical double lines over similar leaf on model). The old ones were a bit thicker and lasted 6 years and 12+ washes. First days I was not sure about choosing the brick color versus brown, but that was just because I used to compare with previous ones (burgundy color). Now, I am so happy coming home and seeing them so nice, fitting better (less to tuck in, and not so streched-out like the previous ones). Price is very good but due to canadian taxes add 40-50$ to price. I will order them again with no hesitation. Maybe I'll buy spares if the model is still out there in 1-2 years. Good selection Overstock and quick delivery from FiftyOne (just 1 week or more to Canada). CHEERS. Ovi

I was very excited about this slipcover based on reviews. When I received it the color was a deep red, though I would have liked a slightly darker brick red - this was more like apple. Quality was nice, though a bit thinner than I expected. My couch measured within the listed length, though within a couple inches of the long end. This cover did NOT fit. My couch must be a bit too deep. Be careful if your couch does not have the standard measurements. I even tried cutting the corners but it was just barely too small to stretch over all four corners. I ended up using the second piece as intended to cover the seat cushions, then tightly enclosed my back cushions in what should have been used for the rest of the couch. Luckily I have a camel microsuede couch in great condition so the two-tone works well.

Our poor sofa has been through a lot over the past ten years. It has served as a trampoline, guest bed, scratching post, fort, meeting place, nap-in-the-sun spot, reading nook, and general living room anchor. It has also survived four moves, and had been looking pretty dismal for quite some time. I made do for a couple of years with strategically positioned throws and pillows, but really, there's only so much one can do. This old workhorse had certainly seen better days, but it was still a great piece of furniture: solid wood frame, hand-tied springs, a very comfortable and enormous overstuffed gem. We looked at other sofas, but really, none of them seemed as well-made or as comfy. I thought about reupholstering it, but I've done that before, back when I was young and single and had all the time in the world. No, what we needed was a quick fix that would transform our tired old sofa into a showpiece again. Enter the Maytex Piped Suede slipcover. We ordered 2 in chocolate brown - one for this sofa and one for a giant chair-for-two (got the loveseat size and tucked it to fit). The items don't match exactly, but since they're not right up next to each other, who can tell? The color is rich and beautiful, and the suede is a nice soft fabric. It took me about 30-35 minutes working by myself to maneuver the sofa, shimmy the cover into place, adjust, tug, stuff the back cushions up under the main cover, tuck, adjust, tuck some more, and fit the seat cushions into the separate seat cover. Did I mention that this is a really big sofa? Ninety inches from arm to arm. I never could get the piping adjusted on the arm pieces EXACTLY, but I'm sure that's because the overstuffed arms are just so big. Still, one can't tell without scrutinizing the seams. It looks quite nice, is very classy, and gives the entire living room a facelift. I love the neutral brown color. I can definitely see that as a nice backdrop for splashes of color with throw pillows and afghans. We can change the look of the entire living room with the changing of the seasons by just adding different colors. This slipcover is a great investment, and I wish I had done this years ago instead of just trying to hide the rips and stains and tears. We just didn't want to part with our beloved old sofa, and now we don't have to! I highly recommend this slipcover for anyone wanting to update without the expense of buying new furniture.

The only reason I am back on this site is to buy this sofa and love seat cover in another color! It arrived today and I couldn't wait to try it and I was a few minutes late to work because I was so excited to put them on my couches! My husband and I have been looking for the perfect couch for two years now....Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware and Arhaus are our style. When I saw this on O.co I jumped at it because I love the "Natural Slip Cover Look". A little background, our couches are big and over-sized with big round arms. The love seat is 72 inches the couch 86 inches. These fit perfectly!!!!! We paid $2,500 for our "flower pattern" couches in 1998 and after two puppies in the last five years and the wear and tear on them....they were worn out and dated. Our sofa is a sofa bed and I didn't want to give it up, because it is our Heaven on a cold winters night, cuddled up watching, TV in front of the fire. I am over the MOON that our outdated couches look shaggy chic "Pottery Barn" style now . Nice material! Yes they were a little wrinkled when they arrived...but nothing a steamer didn't take care of in 1/2 an hour. I would also like to mention we have seven throw pillows for the back of the couch and loveseat and I did go to another website and had covers made for those pillows in a matching color with a subdued stripe because I like to have them on top of the slipcovers, not underneath. So, in closing, (sorry this is so long), I highly recommend these slipcovers....I have been looking for something like this for YEARS....if your couches are oversized and have big round arms like mine you can save a lot of money and be very happy with these for a lot less money!

Like the companion chair cover, this was huge when I tried to make it fit over my three-seat, 89-inch sofa. The fabric seemed too thin to last, and was no improvement over my somewhat faded sofa I returned it.

This is a very high quality cover. I love it . It stays on the couch. Does not slip off. My dog is close to 40 pounds and it stays put. It is great. I spent much time putting my previous cover back on the couch several times a day. The color is darker than it appears and is actually a print with black in it. If you move the courser over the picture you can enlarge it so you can see the print.
