This furniture is sturdy and attractive, but it arrived with parts missing and it took several months and several attempts to finally receive the missing parts. It was very frustrating because the automatic response system for customer service kept sending statements that had no substance. Apparently, the problem was in communication between the warehouse and the shipper. The replacement parts were identified, I was notified, the shipper was notified and then nothing else happened. The parts were not picked up until I followed up three times and wrote to the Main Office. By then, summer was over. I hope to enjoy the furniture NEXT year...

We just love this patio set! My husband had a bit of trouble putting it together as some of the pieces seemed warped but once finally assembled everything looked great. This is a very sturdy set. There is some chipping of the finish where pieces have come together (some reviewers mentioned this before). Again, some rustoleum would prevent any damage to the set. We find it so comfy that we are not ordering any cushions for awhile! Well worth the money!!!

I got this set along with the extra end table and seat cushions. It arrived in 4 days which was very fast. I am the worst at assembling anything and this was sooo easy. The hardest and most time consuming part, was removing all the plastic on it. If I can put this together in less than a half an hour ,than anyone can do tit. It seems very sturdy and heavy duty .I notice some of the finish off in some spots..You will need to put some rustoleum on it to prevent chipping and rusting. , I think this will last a while. 1 of the chairs are a bit wobbly as the leg was bent a little. Other than that I am very pleased with it. The color looks somewhat dark chocolate and in other lighting it looks more black. The box stated in was light grey. definetely not!

not as heavy as a more traditional wrought iron patio set, but still seems sturdy--and it was a breeze to put together.

I received fast shipping on this set that looks great on my open deck! It was easy to assemble, coordinates well with all of my existing black wrought iron and has a nice finish coating. I do recommend chair pads that I purchased at the same time. My family and I look forward to many enjoyable years with this great value.

Quick shipping -arrived about 4 days after purchase and put together in 20 min with little effort. I coated the set with rustoleum after reading the reviews regarding rust. It is sitting in my backyard overlooking the pond and is the perfest spot to relax in the afternoons. I purchased the cushions that fit the set and they are great. I have also purchased the matching rocking chair since. It not only looks good but sits comfortably. I would advise anyone who owns this type of furniture to coat with rustoleum on an annual basis. I have done this to all of our patio furniture and it has held up for years. In the deep south with lots of heat and humidity, its the only way to protect your investment. A great product i would reccommend to anyone!

We received our shipment in a timely manner and it was a snap to put it together. It looks terrific and I think it will hold up well to our three young boys climbing on and off of it. There are a few places near the bolts that got scratched and may rust but a quick coat of paint should fix it right up. Have already recommended this to several people.

Easy construction. Looks just beautiful. You do however need cushions for more seating comfort. I did notice that a scratch is beginning to rust, but a quick spray of rustoleum should remedy that. Overall a very nice set for the price.
