This mattress is simply way too soft. If you enjoy laying on a very soft mattress with no lumbar support then this is the mattress for you. It is also very difficult to move around as it is very heavy. I tried everything including buying an extra firm mattress topper but the problem persisted. It feels comfortable for the first couple of minutes until you begin to notice that your hips sink down into a hole (major lack of support) which causes a pulling feeling on your lower back. Very uncomfortable. Also no returns are accepted. Do not buy this mattress unless you like a mattress with very little back support.Read More

Hi oakandash, unfortunately I was unable to confirm with the manufacturer. Thanks for your interest, have a great day!
How firm is this mattress? Very little give? Is there much depression in mattress when you sit at side of bed?
Due to the nature of Latex Foam the firmness level of every item is unique. Please be advised that even similar products may produce different firmness results Latex foam mattresses: While not as popular their memory foam cousins, latex mattresses have a solid niche in the mattress industry and appeal to mattress shoppers for a few particular reasons. One unique appeal of latex foam mattresses is that they are the only mattresses that are offered in 100 percent organic, renewable materials, since latex rubber is made from the sap of rubber trees; however, don't assume that a particular mattress is organic unless the description states this. Latex mattresses are also naturally hypoallergenic, a big bonus if you have dust-mite allergies or mold allergies. Like memory foam, latex foam comes in different densities, so you can tailor your mattress to fit your preferences, but unlike memory foam, latex foam feels soft as soon as you lie down on it. Also, a mattress made from quality latex foam is very durable and can last for well over a decade.
The other answer gave basically no answer, so as a consumer who purchased this product I can say this is NOT a firm mattress and would be a stretch to call it a mattress. It is basically a roll of foam shoved into a bag. It collapses completely when even a small amount of pressure is applied to it.
This mattress is too soft. It sinks incredibly low when you sit anywhere on the mattress.

Best Mattresses for Every Sleeping Position
A mattress is one of the most important purchases you can make because you spend hours each day sleeping and rejuvenating for the next day. While shopping for a new mattress, keep in mind the typical sleeping positions you have to ensure you will find the right mattress to help with bone or joint alignment. Below, you'll learn the best mattresses for every sleeping position. Sleeping on your back: If you primarily sleep on your back, you need to find a mattress with support to prevent pain in the lower back. Sleeping on a mattress that does not have enough support causes muscle strain in the back and increases the chance you will assume a poor posture during sleep, leaving you achy in the morning. The best mattresses for this sleeping position have at least 400 to 800 14-gauge coils. Innerspring mattresses feature firm coils to support the back yet still mold to the curvature of the spine. Mattresses with box springs are ideal for those who sleep on their backs because they stabilize weight, offering back support and increasing the life of the bedding. Sleeping on your stomach: While sleeping on your stomach is comfortable, it also increases pressure and strain on parts of the body like the neck or back. Soft mattresses are the best for those who sleep on their stomachs. Look for mattresses that have 300 to 400 14-gauge coils, which will ensure the mattress is soft and comfortable. If you must use a pillow, look into buying a memory foam style, which molds to the head and neck to stabilize them during sleep. Sleeping on your side: Side sleeping is one of the most common positions on a mattress, and it may also be one of the hardest positions to shop for. Since you lay on your side, there is pressure on the shoulders and hips, which could make a firm mattress uncomfortable for sleeping. A mattress that is too soft is often not supportive enough to keep the spine in proper alignment. The ideal mattress for this position is one that has supportive coils, with a memory foam topper to provide comfort to the joints of the body.
