Vanity is nice....
I received this vanity and loved it! However the sink cracked just trying to set it on the vanity to install. I spoke with customer service (who were all fantastic!) and they helped me get a new sink. The sink came FedEx to my door, and the delivery man was gone in his truck before I could answer the door. I soon found out why, the sink was in a hundred pieces! I contacted customer service again, and again they were all amazing to work with! I was soon shipped a replacement by a really great shipping company and everything turned out fine. It really looks beautiful! My plumber did have a few issues getting it all hooked up, but in the end it worked out. The customer service that I received at O.CO was top notch, and because of them, this site will be my first stop when shopping!

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality of the vanity is excellent...however, the sink was very easily chipped and a bit difficult to hook up.

I love that the sink is all one piece so there is no caulking to get nasty. The plumbing was something that really stumped our contractor for a while, like other reviews on this product. He also had to cut two inches off the legs to avoid cutting the back all up. I wish it had those extra 2 inches, but oh well. Overall, I like the look. It definitely modernized our small bathroom.

Nice product, ok quality
Product looks similar to the picture and as described. Vanity doors and 2 drawers are the 'slow close' kind, which are nice except that the drawers are difficult to open with just one hand since the pressure for the 'slow close' is strong-need to give a strong two hand pull to open them up. Also, the matching mirror is unfinished around the inside edges where the mirror glues to the wood frame you can see unstained wood and glue all around the inside-not very nice quality/finished well. Lastly, my plumber installed the vanity for me and was complaining/asking where I purchased the faucet from since it apparently has more european type parts that aren't 'normal' american sizing but he managed to figure it out, so not sure how big a deal that is. All in all, I'm happy with the look and overall quality of the vanity but would have wanted to know the above prior to my purchase.
