This is a faucet made by a Moen owned company. I learned my lesson about buying non name brand faucets with a warranty. When you have a warrant problem, the company is no longer in business. I thought this was Moen, but the fine print does provide the details. I would have returned it, but the shipping cost made it unattractive. The quality and appearance is very good. I just hope it lasts.

When I found out this was made by Moen, it was a sure bet for me. Put 2 in my children's bathroom. Easy install, operation so superior to the old "crystal ball" single handled faucets. I think it's considered Moen's "rental market" faucet for landlords and such but the quality of materials and construction are fine. Chrome could be a little heavier, but I'm comparing it to faucets made "in the old days". Don't hesitate.

Moen has never let me down with the quality of its merchandise. A1

Didn't want to spend a fortune, and wanted something easy to clean. Maybe should have gotten something a little fancier for my home, like one with handles on either side, but like I said I was looking for easy maintenance. A squirt of windex and a wipe with a paper towel and I'm done. Works very well, but like I say may be a bit industrial/commercial looking for my home. Otherwise it's a very good product, just a matter of taste.
